I'm Elijah Ganotes. Creator of Tempered Rebellion Sex and Relationship Coaching

I am a white, queer, trans man in my forties. I am married and in a polyamorous/anarchist relationship with my spouse.

My training in Somatica® has led me to a deeper understanding of why I want to navigate relationship based on ever evolving individual needs. I avoid the trappings of expectations and assumptions if I can.

I deeply value the method Somatica® has instilled in me. The basis is being in a practice of self-attunement while engaging with the client in a way that they feel empathised with, normalized or having shame removed, and celebrating all wins, small and big.
